Arriving at the studio
A private home studio feels a little different from a spa — here's exactly what to expect.
Finding the studio
The studio is a private room inside Jenn's home in the Mountain Spring Farms neighborhood of Emmaus — not an office building or a strip mall. It's quiet, personal, and there's no waiting room full of people.
One flight of stairs
The treatment room is up one flight of stairs inside the home. If stairs are difficult for you — including later in pregnancy — send a message before booking and Jenn will help you decide whether the space works for you.
Parking
Park near the basketball hoop out front — it's free and easy. No meters, no garage, no circling the block. From there it's just a few steps to the door.
When you arrive
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session. Come to the door next to the garage and let yourself in — Jenn will be with you shortly. If you're a few minutes early, feel free to use the restroom and settle in. On your first visit, we'll start with a short chat about your history before your session begins.

How fast will I hear back?
Within one business hour during studio hours — Mon 9–6, Fri 9–5, Sat 9–12. Messages sent overnight get answered first thing the next morning.
Can I book same-day?
Often yes, especially mid-week. Online booking shows real-time availability, and same-day slots open up when cancellations happen.
What if I need to cancel?
Reschedule free up to 24 hours out. Inside that window, half the session rate applies.
Is there anything that would stop me being seen?
Fever, contagious illness, new unexplained pain, or a recent injury without clearance. Use the contact form and Jenn will tell you honestly whether to come in.
